[2017-11-16] / Tomsk and Kazan - City Strategies Contest 2017 WinnersOn November 16, Tomsk and Kazan became the winners of the City Strategies Contest 2017: Capitals of Federal Subjects held in Yekaterinburg. Two other contestants, Volgograd and Perm, awarded diplomas as finalists. The final was held within the All-Russian Strategic Development Forum "Cities of Russia 2030: Crossroads of Opportunities"
