The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation becomes the organizer of the second plenary session. The session participants will discuss pressing issues on the May Presidential Decree, published on May 7, 2018. The document, entitled “On National Goals and Strategic Objectives of the Russian Federation through to 2024”, indicates the work plan for the fourth presidential term of Vladimir Putin. The Academic Supervisor of the Forum Boris Zhikharevich believes that the topic is the most relevant today. “This worries everyone now,” Boris Zhikharevich said in a recent interview. “Everyone understood the Presidential Decrees are more important than any strategy. How will the Accounts Chamber be included in the monitoring process, what exactly should be monitored ─ the process itself, the results? There are a lot of complicated issues. It is very important that at the session federal authorities can hear the regions.”
