Urban and Regional Resilience: RSA International Conference Programme Published
The Regional Studies Association (RSA) International Conference “Urban and Regional Resilience: Strategies for Success” is going to be held within the Strategic Planning Leaders Forum. Here is the draft programme.
The RSA Conference offers a unique opportunity for meaningful knowledge exchange between the worlds of academia, policy and practice and which offers unparalleled access to key figures interested in urban and regional development, new development path creation, and urban and regional resilience. This conference will bring together researchers and practitioners from Russia, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, China, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Japan, Oman and other countries. The working language of the conference is English.
Participants will discuss socio-economic development of territories, small cities after decline, local self-government and inter-municipal cooperation, strategies and instruments of reindustrialization for cities and regions, planning for metropolitan areas and regional design, innovation in urban development, and other topics.

Organizers: Regional Studies Association and ICSER Leontief Centre. The Regional Studies Association has divisions in Central and Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, China, India, Latin America and since 2016 in Russia.
