The winners of the private categories of the V Municipal Strategies Contest-2018 were selected at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. In the category “The Most Open Strategy Development Process” the main prize went to Kinel Urban District (Samara Region). The award in the group “Systematic Management of a Strategy Implementation” was taken by Mirninsky District (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)). The winner of the section “The Best Strategic Planning Alignment” has become Tomskу District (Tomsk Region). Finally, Almetyevsky District (Republic of Tatarstan) won in the category “Smart strategy – Smart City”.
