Strategic Planning Leaders Forum has started with greetings from Alexander Beglov, Acting Governor of St. Petersburg.

“Many skeptics said this Forum has no future,” Alexander Beglov said. “But today, I would like to remind you that the first Strategy for socio-economic development was adopted and implemented in St. Petersburg. It was many years ago. Since then, representatives of various regions come to St. Petersburg, and I am very glad that the Forum has kept the St. Petersburg registration.”
