Programme
Summary
The V Municipal Strategies Contest 2018 (MSC–2018) was held to disseminate the strategic planning experience at the municipal level, to identify innovations and effective solutions to socio-economic challenges at the level of rural and urban settlements, municipal districts and urban districts with a population of up to 300 thousand people.
The Contest Finals were held in the main category "The Best Municipal Strategy 2018". Head of municipalities that had reached the Finals presented their strategies, and the expert panel provided an independent evaluation of the finalists, on the basis of which the winner was decided.
