Summary
Based on 20 years’ experience in strategic planning in St. Petersburg, the panel discussion will address the challenges of building an effective communication system between government, business, society and expert organizations to provide:
- continuity and succession in strategic planning;
- inclusive planning and implementation processes for stakeholders and society;
- management and monitoring over the strategy implementation.
