Programme
Summary
Representatives of municipalities – the Additional Category Winners of MSC–2018 – will present the best practices in various fields of strategic planning and get a feedback from representatives of the main organizers for each category – leading experts in these fields. The categories are as follows:
- "The Most Open Strategy Development Process";
- "The Best Strategic Planning Alignment";
- "Systematic Management of a Strategy Implementation";
- "Smart Strategy - Smart City".
