Summary
Modern challenges of strategic development relate to the need for quicker adaptation to new technological solutions:
- implementation of the “open innovation” model, which implies accelerated introduction of new technologies, including through mechanisms of corporate venture funds and acceleration programs, the practice of serial entrepreneurship;
- development and launch of a digital transformation strategy, which will determine the implementation of new promising business models;
- launch of flexible network management structures.
The key to regional strategies is becoming a combination of supporting companies - technological leaders, the establishment of effective innovation “ecosystem” providing the transformation of government and social sphere mechanisms based on new technological and management solutions.
